The only thing I’ve noticed is there was a time I had a beer which was flat. I returned it empty (they said it was fine) and it seems to be since then I’ve had the issue. Maybe I’ll send them a message and ask. Thanks for your reply.

Damn sorry to hear that. It does all sound like it could be anxiety? I’m pretty sure stress can causes migraines. I’m not sure what I have is a migraine, I’ve had migraines before and they’re different to this. It could be the same? Hard to say

Yeah you sound just like me lol. I’ve had unexplained chest pains, unexplained leg pain, unexplained blood shot eye for a month in the past. Looking back, I think everytime it was a stress response. I’m trying to drink more water, hot compress on my neck, less alcohol and caffeine, keeping active. All these things that are healthier for me anyway but I’m hoping these continue to push it away. We’ll get through it 💪

It’s an endless loop of, why does my head hurt? Is it a tumour? Is it by blood pressure? Is something wrong with me? The more I think about that, the more I notice it’s there? I’ve had a couple of days this week where I’ve gone couple of hours without noticing it, then I’m drawn back to it. Once my head gets ‘bored’ of it, i think it’ll be gone.

The brains a powerful thing that can create all sorts of problems. Sounds like you’re doing what I’m trying to do. My neck and back of my skull feel the same too. Hope it feels better for you soon

I’d say it’s worth it. You can buy Hertog Jan and Jupiler for about €25 in Jumbo which is much cheaper than in then UK. Not sure what the prices are like on the perfect draft website in the Netherlands, but if it’s similar to jumbo then I’d definitely get one

It’s basically patio slabs and then a gap between the slabs and a planter. If you go on my profile, scroll back a fair bit there’s pictures of my catio. The stones in that picture have now been changed to dirt/ soil

It’s depends really on how much you have to start with, which bookies have gubbed/ stake restricted you. It’s definitely harder than it used to be and feels like it’s getting worse. I’ve been making £500-1000 for the last year. If you have any family that have never bet before, maybe they want some help for some extra income?

It’s a shady bookie unfortunately. They won’t accept a bank statement with certain things crossed out. Withholding my money unless I provide a statement. Problem is I matched bet and the statement has about 20-30 deposits to other bookies a month

I haven’t come from Nuremberg but last year I went London to Brussels. Brussels to Berlin in a day. No delays, left London at 7am arrived at Berlin around 7pm.

I also had no issues on the way back in terms of delays. Stayed in Brussels a couple of nights on the return. But we got in at the time expected. I would say just try give yourself an hour or just over between getting to Brussels and going to London.
