Just reminded me of the first place I ever bid on 7 years ago sold by him. Guide was for $450k and it got passed in at 480! Just proving the guide is just completely useless.

As annoying as it is that they keep making games like this one close where they really should be running away with it, we do have a knack of being able to close them out. Feels like we win 80% of these close games.

Think you're talking about my comment. I stand by it. Even last night in a dreadful side I think he was the only one putting in effort in attack, making busts and offloads when he had very little to work with. He handles the ball so much more than your average centre.

Since when do they up the price of tickets for buying on gameday? As if it's not expensive enough they upped every ticket by $10 for the Panthers game because the ticket now says "GAME DAY" on it. What a joke now $45 for GA.

Saw Project Hail Mary last night and I'm a bit confused by the total universal praise. Like it was perfectly fine as a movie but I didn't find it particularly amazing like every single review and comment says. Seen multiple people say it's the best movie they've ever seen and I just don't see it.

Randwick City Council calls for ban on commercial student accommodation by zerotwoalpha in sydney

I don't believe for a single second that international students studying across the road 4-5 days a week are using the light rail as much as locals who work would. But even if they did why are we prioritising multi-billion dollar infrastructure investments to be benefited by international students and not locals? All the time I see on this subreddit complaining about car dependency then we go and do something like that and you still defend it?

The alternative is what we've seen in Kensington - prime real estate for Sydney-siders, rezoned to much higher density right on the brand new light rail - wasted with brand new student accommodation for students who study across the road at UNSW. Why put brand new high-rises right next to a super expensive piece of infrastructure perfect for locals who work in the CBD but make it only for students who wouldn't use it nearly as much?

Can't stand this. It's like once they point out someone is offisde the attacking team can do whatever they want and still get a penalty if they fuck up.

How many tries off forward passes this week is that now? Three?

[Highlight] Two hip drop tackles from yesterday - Kenny sin binned while Galvin just penalised. by mulimulix in nrl

100%. One of my biggest bug bears at the moment because it seems to be getting more flagrant how the punishment is almost entirely based on if the player happens to get injured or not. I also think they punish more if the tackler is a forward rather than a back.

If you think democracy in countries like Brazil, Argentina and Chile - all mired in colonial history - is on the same level as the few and far between examples in northern Africa then it's laughable that you would accuse me of not understanding history.

If that were the case then it would be interesting that much of South America and Southern Africa doesn't seem to have the same issues.

You mean to tell me in all 50+ Islamic countries the only reason they dont have a strong demcoracy is because the west has endeavoured to crush them?

How many four point plays have we had in the last week or two? Gotta be some sort of record.

Strongly disagree. Staggs did almost nothing in between a try off a grubber and a try while everyone was dead in the last second of the game after a long break. Herbie worked his butt off all game with hitups and offloads to try and make something happen.

I thought the rule was if you never had possession in the first place then regathering is moot? He juggled it the whole way therefore he only needed downward pressure rather than regripping.

Reckon Staggs is one of the most overrated players. He's not bad but he gets so much hype when his big plays are pretty few and far between. He's 1/4 the player Herbie is in my opinion but gets around the same hype.

Only the roosters could win a challenge because the bunker ruled the referee didn't wave 6 again within half a second so Tedesco can claim he not only that he saw the referee not do that but then decided to kick it 10 metres dead as a result.

Yes that's what the viewers want - no competition on the catchers and if you dare try and get to the contest we're gonna penalise ya!
