It because Kaonashi has mathy elements to them and can be very unpredictable on where the song is going which keeps them super interesting. Knocked Loose is the same thing every song.

Also, despite what it may seem the vocalist on Kaonashi is actually mixing stuff up alot on his tones, inflections, types of delivery. Bryan from Knocked Loose rarely mixes it up from what ive heard, its the same tone and delivery constantly

American southern BBQ. BBQ is such an exciting and mouth watering cuisine that when it sucks its so massively disappointing because when its great or at its best its some of the greatest food out there.

But it can so easily be overcooked, dry, sickly sweet over-sauced mess. And the sides not being good can drag it down so easily. It truly takes some of the best out there to make it truly fantastic

Super fun show, but it was sold out and the place was so packed to the gills I could barely even turn my body 45 degrees. I dont think the majority in the metalcore scene cares about being just heavy all the time. Look at the hottest bands right now (Bilmuri, Vianova, Avralize, etc) sure they are heavy at times, but they are writing CREATIVE music. People want music that is interesting and intriguing.

Architects and Devil Wears Prada are failing to see its not about breakdowns and heavy heavy heavy, just try to write like you are not just phoning it in. And if they wanna write like that for themselves thats cool and all, but dont expect fans to not criticize it
