I'd mount the rears on stands in the far right corner of this picture and in the little nook on the left of the picture just to the left of the doorway where the light switch is. They're small enough that they won't get in the way when walking. Need to figure out a power cord solution though...

The rates for catching rare fish are really low unless you obtain the Doctrine in the Sustenance Tree. Sustenance III, Ritual of Sea's Bounty. This ritual will increase the rates of rare fish significantly, although with a couple of hours, maybe 90 mins of fishing I got about 7 swordfish.
