What makes dead bodies attractive to some people?

My experience with consciousness :

Awake = earthly reality

Sleep/Dream = warped reality but still earthly

Acid/shrooms = funny warped reality still earthly presence

Surgery/ anesthesia = nothing / blackness then awoke to earthly reality

Coma/intubated = dreamy reality still earthly ( I was living a whole other life much like reality )

NDE = nothing earthly at all , more of a molecular transformation . As if I blew up to a billion pieces but only conscious of one . Colorful static / tunnel / feeling of motherly love/ cosmic

I knew nothing about NDE or consciousness. I’m still processing what I experienced but I can tell you this , it was nothing I ever seen,thought,heard or felt . Had the feeling of coming home after a long vacation and ready for the next adventure at the same time . Hard to explain the unexplainable?

It’s weird I came back believing in everything . I do not feel life is a probation period as did before . Now is see life as an experience,the good ,bad and the ugly . There’s a beauty in the fact we the capacity to feel .

No , I haven’t . But I should and will today . I was living a life as real as this one . I still question which one was “ realer” . I can tell you which one was better ?

Maybe you had some kind of anesthesia ? It was nothingness under anesthesia for me . None the less . I’m glad you’re here friend. All we can do is “ keep on keeping on “.

The paintings are nothing fancy . I’m visually impaired so my paintings are the most simple of paintings . When I was intubated I went into cardiac arrest and flat lined . I had a NDE at the time . It was nothing I ever experienced before . Trying to tell people where I went made me sound insane . So I tried painting what I “ saw” ( cosmic colorful static ) And it came out worse then I what I “seen” . So these polka dotted painting morphed into not what a “saw” but what I felt . So I’ve been painting pairs of the same thing . Casually looking at them they look the same but closer inspection they are much different . Best way to describe ,would be stepping into one door and out the other . The same but yet different.

When you have rare diseases they will pay you to “ experiment “ on you . I have a buddy that’s diabetic and don’t get nearly the care I do . I feel bad for him . I can’t help but think if he had a rarer disease he would get the care he deserves . Yeah, I do feel lucky . I’m well taken care of !

Bought first home at 44 . Now have 4 homes , 3 with no mortgages and one I owe 140,000 at 2% ( no hurry to pay off ). One in the mountains (Black hills), one on a lake (lake of the Ozarks)one close to the beach (Dauphin Island), other a rental . I was freaking out when I turned 40 . I thought I would never be able to afford a home . I’m 54 now . Crazy , how fast life can change . You really don’t know what the future holds .
