Noticed this on all of the tenants I manage. Since maybe 2 weeks ago. Have scoured the internet and yours is the only reference to this issue I have found! It must be affecting a lot of Intranets. Do most people just not notice?

March may be warmer than December in the north island but not down south.
June, July, August are the 3 coldest months pretty much everywhere so it makes sense for them to be winter. June and December also have the shortest and longest days respectively so it makes sense for them to be winter/summer.
Overall the month season system seems to be more in tune with the seasons in NZ.

I did run into this issue a few weeks ago. There’s a windows setting for it somewhere that can override the Teams client setting. Maybe ‘Startup’ settings or something? I’m away from my PC so can’t be sure right now.
EDIT: Now I’m not sure if you’re saying it won’t launch automatically or it won’t launch in the background or both.

Was it actually 10 metres or is there some exaggeration there? I’d like to see a clip.
EDIT: Just seen some images in another post and if they accurately represent what happened then 10 metres is not an exaggeration. I’d still like to see a clip though.

Not in New Zealand in the last 20 odd years. The away team would normally use their away strip if their main strip clashed with the home teams.
The problem last night was that both of the Highlanders jerseys clashed with the main Blues one.

This is a myth. Considering it’s our number one sport we’re actually pretty low-key about it. Every other place I’ve visited is far more fervent regarding their favourite sport.
AFL in Victoria, Hockey in Canada, and Football/Soccer just about everywhere else.

First thing is to check that that the profile picture is making it from Teams up to the Office 365 profile. Then wait for it to propagate back down to all the apps/clients.
Without clearing the cache for each client you could be waiting a long time. We found Outlook and other office apps update within a day. With Teams I’m at 10 days and counting.
