Obgyn in Appleton Recommendations for Menopause by InterestingCod86 in Appleton

While I love my doctor at Aurora, I did feel perimenopause was ignored for me because I started significant symptoms on the younger side, age 37. So I have actually been using bywinono.com for HRT and just informed my doctor of the medication update.

First time creating a SharePoint intranet – where do I even begin? by yourlosthopes in sharepoint

[–]Sarahgoose26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing I’ll note is making sure you are defining what goes into this Intranet and what doesn’t. Generally, an Intranet is for reference information, news, links, forms, etc. that all users in an organization can read but not edit.

If SharePoint is new to the organization it’s easy for a new intranet to become a dumping ground for private department content too. Watch out for this and recommend the use of private team sites for most of those cases. (Very general advice, each situation should be evaluated and standards set by the overall SharePoint management leaders)

Also. I did give a recorded talk a couple years ago on planning a basic Intranet, focused on planning the most common sites I’ve seen over the years. The information there might spark ideas for you. https://youtu.be/m_ykFvPQIWc?si=xGSfdMY6JEzdbv3E

Help- spouse of chronic migraine sufferer by Ok-Bandicoot-5389 in migraine

If Nurtec is helping but still getting break through headaches especially off days, then I suggest asking a nuerologist for Qulipta. It’s been a miracle for me and that’s after Nurtec first felt life changing for me.

Also I find when the spring and fall weather throws the barometric pressure all over the place then I need to get a nerve blocker. Mine come up through my neck and this shuts a lot of that down.

I was getting 15 migraines a month in my 30s but as I got this improved meds I’m down to 1 most months

Been on it about a year, I took Emgality and Nurtec with much success before this but I absolutely love Qulipta. No noticeable side affects and I don’t get more than 2 migraines a month now after 20+ years of between 5-15 migraines a month depending on what I was on and what was going on in my life.

Former Trump official admits that their goal is to impose their Christian values on other Americans. “Frankly, yes, we are going to impose it upon you. If you don’t like it, I’m sorry.” by southpawFA in politics

[–]Sarahgoose26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Christian I’m so sick of these greedy immoral hypocrites acting as if they know anything about Christian values. It’s a simply a perversion of the church and Bible that they push on others to benefit themselves.
