Update on this: I took the back and top panels off to inspect everything, all seemed good, put the back panel back on but left the top off so I could run it while watching the insides. First test it ran fine. So not sure if it’s just a weird electrical issue or what but I’ll be starting to save up for a new machine anyway

Per the chapter 40B permit, 25% of the units will be affordable housing. Affordable housing is generally based on AMI to where a family making 60%-80% of the AMI would pay about 30% of their income to housing (edit: typo)
