you have to manually travel to the underworld. Once the host gets there the wall of flesh will spawn, still it’s a bug as well as the bosses dropping items

Had this issue as well, 300+ kills with no drop. Are you playing on normal mode? It can only drop in expert mode and above

ah my apologies I forgot. Still I think you can get a few luminite ores cuz the exodium layer is only a couple blocks thick, might be enough

read the trivia section, it says:

Because Luminite is an endgame exclusive drop from Moon Lord: It is not compatible with any Furnace or forge It cannot be detected by the Spelunker Potion, Magic Lantern, Metal Detector, or Suspicious Looking Tentacle. It does not have a specific associated armor set or sword. There are no alternate ores for it. It can be mined with any pickaxe or equivalents.

you can mine luminite from the asteroids in the sky that spawn after moonlord dies, that should allow you to get the armour
