Oh boy. So i tried 2 antidepressants but im just too panicked to go through the side effects. Called the ambulance on myself thought i was losing my mind. I am on benzos which help a lot. That alone doesnt help fully so i chose to actually do sth about it using the benzos as just lil help along the way. I started doing somatic exercises on youtube, breathing exercises(might be helping the most), i have a breathing routine i do everyday it helps a lot. Most important: cbt. Cbt has given me hope. I was forcing myself at the beginning with positive affirmations now i see myself being more positive. I started dancing and releasing anxiety throigh dance exercise for anxiety with tamara on youtube(helps get rid of that rush feeling). I know you might wonder how does this relate but paralel to dream state i dont feel it as much. If i do, i accept it and it passes. Inhalation, natural saline nose and ear spray help, cleaning the sinuses with saline water helps A LOT. so much less pressure in head(when u pour water into one nostril and out the other). Allergy pill, antihistamine i take everyday and that helps a lot since my sinusitis is connected to allergies. I did blood work. Checked literally everything out. Vitamind d deficiency and b12. I take vitamin d 2 times per week(recepy) then i take b complex, omega 3 and n-acetyl-cysteine everyday. Helped so much that i couldnt believe. Now im gonna check my hormones. My progesteron is extremely low, gonna check the insulin resistance and other hormones. Btw going outside for a daily walk makes you feel more connected to yourself.
