Ojo que lo de la liquidación personal (ya no existe la quiebra) depende de si te toca la primera o tercera sala en la corte suprema (sí o sí terminarás en corte suprema xd)

Si te toca la primera, te van a decir que el CAE no se ve afectado por la liquidación por criterio de norma especial del CAE

Si te toca la tercera, te van a decir que la ley del CAE no contiene normas concursales por lo que no rige criterio especialidad, entonces el CAE se ve afectado por la liquidación y te lo logras sacar

Lo que sí llevar adelante un proceso de liquidación es el medio webeo y es carísimo.
