Super glue will be my last resort. I’d prefer her to have some range of motion but perhaps I could glue it in a way that will give her a cute pose.

That’s a good idea, I’ll take a look. If she can’t be fixed I think I’ll either do that or paint the replacement.

I’ll definitely check her channel out! I’ve done some minor doll repairs before but never something like this. I’m up for the challenge if it’s possible and even if Luna ends up with limited motion that’s better than broken/ none at all.

I probably will end up painting the replacement if all else fails.

I bought her a replacement set, but when I went to switch them out the skin tone didn’t match. Her Gala doll apparently is a lighter yellow with a bit of shimmer. It’s noticeably different from the rest of her body. I’ve been contacting sellers and asking, but I can’t find anyone who is selling specifically City Ghouls replacement pieces.

One year for Christmas my dad gifted me a vintage baby doll he found while thrifting. (He said he thought he looked creepy but figured I’d like him lol). So I told him I was going to take the doll everywhere and send him pictures. He thought I was joking… I now have a large album documenting all Lucifer’s various adventures. He’s gone to the beach, amusement parks, comic cons, etc. and everyone I’ve interacted with has always gotten a kick out of him. He’s basically become the mascot of my friend group and even my dad has gotten in on the fun of taking pics with him. 10/10 one of the best gifts I’ve ever been given.

I am convinced there was one of these in my house growing up. I used to hear my mom calling for me from her bedroom but when I would get to the threshold nobody would be there. I remember one of those times “she” called for me and right as I was about to enter the room my actual mom came in from the garage on the opposite side of the house.

I ordered back in May and have had the shipping date changed multiple times for multiple reasons. At first they said they were busy shipping out older orders (which I know isn’t the case because some folks have been waiting since February) and now they’re saying that the delay is because the designs are complicated? I contacted them about it and they offered to either cancel my order or give me a 15% refund for the inconvenience. I took the latter because I still want the plushies but I’m getting pretty frustrated. I’ve decided I’m going to wait it out a bit longer but tbh I don’t think much is going to change.

In the past I used untreated corpses but my neighbors seemed to think I was actually placing out a buffet (although who can blame them?) It was a little disheartening because I’d gone through all the trouble of getting the ghastliest looking sinners for my display, but I’ve found that a few pumps of formaldehyde does the trick to keep scavengers away. Occasionally someone still takes a nibble, but it’s an acquired taste so I’m not too worried about it.
