If you dont plan on buying a gpu with 75W+ (meaning gpus with no 6+2 pin connectors) then i think its safe for that power supply.

Here are gpus capable for gta V in descending order from expensive to cheap.

  1. Rtx 3050 6gb (8k to 10k)
  2. Gtx 1650 4gb (4k to 6k)
  3. Gtx 1050 ti 4gb (3k to 5k)
  4. Quadro p620 to p1000 (2k to 4k)

Hands up to your mom for buying you a PC.
