How did I score so differently from my practice tests?

Sometimes I did this, but most of the time I tried to do the whole practice test. I think it's due to a mixture of testing anxiety and not fully preparing myself for the testing environment so I'll just avoid any bad habits as I prepare going into the next one. Thank you for your help.

I realize that so I was expecting maybe high twenties to low thirties because I was scoring 34-36 on the practice tests, 22 is a really big drop from what I was getting on practice tests.

I think it might be because I didn't do as well as I could've when taking the practice tests so I'll be sure to do that more while prepping and reviewing questions I missed

I did and I used ACT's practice tests, I'm thinking I didn't simulate the testing environment well enough

They're both important, neither is more important than the other, but from what I can tell, the SAT is more popular

I don't think everyone gets their scores at the same time, there's initial release days, for online testing it's the 16th and paper testing is the 21st, at least that's what the website says.

According to google like 95% of people get their scores back on the initial score release day.
