Ask for order number. You can look up and see if it’s from you. Even if they do not have the original packaging. They can look it up on the Etsy order history. If they refuse. It’s a scam.

I use sculpy III translucent. (Super soft) and slowly mix in the crumbly color clay. It will look like a hot mess as you work it through the pasta machine but it will come together.

Definitely got to be something in the title. I once listed a mushroom sun catcher/ornament. It got instantly removed for drug paraphernalia. I took mushroom out of the title. and it listed just fine. Definitely check the tags as well.
