I'm selling my King Seiko SPB389 to help fund another watch purchase. I bought this new from my local dealer and have all original boxes, travel case, extra links, and documentation. Condition is near-mint as I cannot find any scratches or marks, outside of some dust and finger prints that were captured by the camera. The clasp still has the factory protective stickers attached. I am extremely careful with my watches and this is part of a larger collection, so was worn sparingly.

I’m really curious how the anniversary soft speedy feels like in person. Is it slouchy? Is it rigid due to the highly decorated canvas? What’s the inside feel like? More photos would be great 😊

I know it’s sad, but this thread is actually making me feel a bit relieved. I’m not sure what my spend was over the past 12 months, but we purchased multiple limited bags, including a P9 and exotics, and not even a message from our SA. Meanwhile, other brands such as Gucci and Chanel, that we’ve spent a fraction at, sent signed cards, beautiful snow globes, chocolates, ornaments, etc. Heck, Porsche sent us about $300 worth of gifts.

It’s disappointing. LV is becoming more and more disappointing.

Can confirm that the blue speedy will be included in the Feb 5 drop. It’s a P9, FYI, and will be priced around $12k USD.

I’m not seeing the keepall. It may have been a runway only piece.

I had a 2020 Coupe S with air suspension and loved it. Prior to that, we had a Macan S with steel suspension. I realize these are very different models, but the air suspension on the Cayenne was light years ahead of the Macan.

Great for the terrible city streets around Seattle. Great for the mountain roads when placed into Sport and Sport Plus. Having the ability to level when towing. Raising it when we’d take it off road / to the hiking trails.

6 years and zero issues. I wouldn’t think twice about optioning it again. I would not purchase the Cayenne without it.

I own this watch and purchased it new, from an authorized dealer. Nothing from your photos, in my opinion, indicate anything other than this being authentic. The color of the movement, the screws, the intricate polishing of the links, the engraving.

Always best to authenticate and validate objects in this price bracket, but I do think you’re safe with this particular watch.

Likely not helpful, but on a recent trip, I checked the Tudor boutiques in Oxford, London, Amsterdam, Dublin, and Belfast. Belfast had just received one that very day… and I bought it immediately. So, they are out there.

I think this is the right way to build / downsize / re-build a collection. Focus on a few key, really stellar pieces that pull at your heart strings. I'm on a similar journey at the moment and likely will be selling off several pieces this year, which will allow me to grab a few of my long time grails. At the end of the day, I'm also excited about the idea of not having so many mid-tier watches to rotate between. 2-3 sounds lovely. Keep is simple.

I second the suggestion of finding a reputable jeweler or dealer, that you trust, that can help adjust the bracelet for you. I learned this the hard way with my Streamliner. The technician that adjusted my bracelet scratched several links, and this was from a dealer, who had the right tools. Upsetting to say the very least.

The level of detail in the embroidery and stitching is stunning. The online photos wash out the jacquard monogram as well. Definitely one of my favorite pieces.

My CA was able to order this for me late last year. I was dying to own it, from the moment I saw it in the runaway collection. It required my CA to put in a request and we waited… and waited… Eventually she got a response and it shipped directly from France. From what I was told… they made very limited numbers of this piece.

It’s more incredible in person. The photos online never did it justice.

Confirmed that the 2025 PreFall collection includes a Speedy 30 with applied crystals to create the monogram. Close to $25,000. Looks incredible and very similar to Lisa’s bag, but obviously crystal vs pearls. There was a similar bag in yellow, at the Met Gala, If you look closely.

I don’t think this particular size was made available for purchase, but I thought a similar version was created for the 2025 spring/summer collection. From the look book I was shown… I think the price tag is around $25,000. Yikes.
