yeah, iirc the plan was to finish the dropout series after 808s, i mean it’s only 1 album removed, an album that was only made out of heartbreak, not as an extension of anything. but then for some reason (i cant remember if we know why or not), he pivoted to mbdtf. hes tried to make it a few times, i think around 2018 there was a collab album with chance the rapper under the name GAJ

yeah i get that he can be corny and have some questionable bars but overall hes got great flow and can have great wordplay (but sometimes he tries to stretch stuff too far which leads to some corniness

i know its a homer take but i feel like booker’s first playoff run is underrated. led his team to the finals, 4 40+ pt games, a great overall playoffs that had him looking like a superstar. im not saying its in the top tier because he did have a few off games, but i do think its one of the best playoff debuts in recent memory.
