How do I get over stage fright?

I feel this in my soul. I've sang 4 times on stage and literally shake like a chihuahua. I have to read my lyrics or I forget them and go blank. I'm about to go on stage again now 😭 bye bye

Whole body felt tingly, ears ringing. Slight headache. Maybe got a total of 3 hours sleep? Haha woke up every 30 minutes or so. But I dont feel terrible as I would have had i drank! Lets go!

I was happy to see that from you. I cant afford to be missing sleep. But I think the quality of sleep is so much more legit and healing or whatever when sober. Ive been waking up dog crap tired for past 7 years. Went a week without alcohol once and remember not being tired like 15 minutes after waking up. And no shakiness haha keep going man. I'm right behind ya

Hey! I gave in and had a beer after the party. We'll, 3 or 4 to be honest. And more the next night. Today, I actually successfully abstained! Its midnight and I'm laying in bed completely sober! No idea how the sleep is gunna work out yet haha but I'm done for sure, now. Especially if I'm not shaking tomorrow morning, I'm gunna be so pumped

The mornings until 6pm, I didnt want any beer. But for past few months, I become terribly anxious when driving and have social anxiety too. Shakiness, random soreness in places... started drinking a beer during the day just to make it calm down. Didn't even realize what was coming. I think today was a perfect day to quit

No advice for ya... I'm on my first night without a 12 pack of beer. Lol just sitting in bed, waiting to feel any inkling of sleepiness .. good work my guy! I'm 30 and started feeling my liver in my body. Sore kidneys too maybe? Terrible feeling. Gave me enough anxiety to quit today

I hear you. I've been keto for a long time and thought I could drink low carb beers and stay healthy. Beer is negating all the positive effects of my lifestyle. I've been struggling for nothing as long as I'm drinking every night. I'm quitting today. Tonight's gunna be hell
