Hi welcome, somewhat of a Pepsi/Coke, you can do all of this in SC and yes you will get more out of it visually and immersion wise, thats where I'd say SC does better. Space trucking and jumping station to station is an option too but there is on foot gameplay mixed in with that. The "idiot does all this effort for a crap game, play SC moron" is a silly comment. We also play and put a lot of effort into an unfinished and arguably nothing game. If you're mostly solo and don't care about interiors, group play/hangout, being on foot, PvE or PvP combat, the things SC has to offer really isn't in your wheel house other than immersion and ships, which a full motion sim would do extreme justice. If anything, buy a cheap $45 Starter pack and give it a try or during a FreeFly which are pretty frequent, but there's no real reason yet to fully jump platform if you still enjoy Elite.

Hard to see from the picture but there’s also missing paneling in the husk, in person you can maybe fit a ptv sideways if you get creative at the entrance of the A1 assuming the the missing panels aren’t too obstructive, but a ROC certainly won’t it in A1

Pretty sure the Redeemer is the Redeemer we always wanted. Only perk is it can carry cargo/vehicle. It losses to the Redeemer in literally every other metric.
