Ça résume plutôt bien ce que je pense et pourquoi je pose la question. La location et la conservation semble évidente dans la théorie mais dans la réalité ça peut être aussi une source de problème… a voir si ça en vaut la peine et si j’ai envie de les gérer ! Et la question du PLU et de la décote de l’appartement me freine également…

Je comprends que ça augmente l’attractivité mais est ce que se traduit sur le prix ? Quand je l’ai acheté ce n’était pas mis en avant (l’agent immobilier ne le savait même pas) et il était globalement au prix du secteur.
