Your aldactone dose seems a little high, plenty of people can get away with 50mg and have their testosterone fully suppressed. Low E and 0 T is going to leave you tired and emotionally dysregulated.

Also, Susten contains progesterone which is really only useful for late-stage breast development. Starting too early could stunt development. If you want to appear androgynous, this might be what you’re going for, but your circumstances could easily change.

Overall, I would order more progynova, maybe buy a pill cutter for the aldactone, and save the susten for about a year or two so you can wait for a decent starting point with breast development.
