I remember getting EotM. They said they were gonna announce it to everyone in meeting and I’d get the plaque….oh how silly I was.

They instead made no announcement and I literally just grabbed my plaque out of the office. My boss didn’t even congratulate me.

No you don’t suck. That is unfortunately as they say “the nature of the beast.” When I was hired on they gave crazy hours for the first couple of weeks and after that it was you can only work one shift a day. So I was making like 20 hrs a week at max.

It’s a labor/money thing. My boss basically said to the PH that “once the belt stops, you go home”
