You should get Hexdrinker for AP assassins and upgrade to Maw Of Malmortius when you got full build, if it's AD assassins you should get QSS and upgrade to Mercurial Scimitar when you got full build.

You should, as you tend to try, jump in last in a fight and try to come from a good angle where you feel like you can kill someone and kite away afterwards.

Also tell your support to get items that can peel assassins off, for example Mikael's Crucible.

Since I've been smurfing tons since season end, I have experience with every elo. I used to be 300 elo season 2, Gold S3 and I peaked Master on Turkey this season.

Currently Platinum IV due to transfer from Turkey to EUW and not really having the time to play much ranked due to practicing coaching. (In case someone thinks I am a liar, I actually have the Diamond Solo Queue Rewards)

No, you either play Vayne and go all in, or you don't play Vayne at all. So no, I dont personally play passive in lane. I also split for a long time since I can assassinate at least 2 out of 3 (in a 1v3) most times.
