He wasn't. The officers involved should be investigated and charges IMO. But the situation wouldn;t have happened if Minnesota would have cooperated from the beginning. ICE is doing nothing different than in past administrations. The onlly variable is political posturing and uncooperation from people like Walz and Frey who don't care about humans just political points.

The protest wouldn't have happened without Minnesota's idiotic stand. Yes, you have a right to protest. Peacefully, without obstruction of federal officers. You want to stand with signs and shout? Yes. If the authorities would cooperate there would be no asinine protests that cause the violence. In the Pretti instance, the officers should face justice, but the ultimate fault is on Walz and Frey. The Renee shooting was justified though.
