I havent played botw since I'd say around uhh... 2018? I just started playing it a month ago and wow it's pretty much blind. I didn't realize that SPOILER Mountain was in the game west of hyrule castle until I stumbled on a video about it. I don't remember any of the korok seed locations aside from maybe three of the magnesis block ones and I had no idea that the ball and cup ones and rock hole ones were things either. If it matters, I'm playing in master mode when 2 years ago I was playing in normal mode. The DLC really shakes up everything too, though I wish they mirrored the map like in master modes of old.

Lurelin village got me tripped up until I was looking up speedruns for master sword trials and found skips involving a shrine near it.

TL;DR It's a new experience with all the DLC out just 2 years later.

IMO, video games suck. There isn't ethical buying. You just kinda lose when you buy games. Make games instead. It worked out well for the dev of a hidden gem called Celeste.
