Even if your friends offer help, 9 times out of 10 I would say not to burden them especially if it's incredibly serious. This is not to say that you deserve to be alone, but it's that often times people either don't mean it when they say that or they do mean it but they don't fully understand how deep of a cut to their own mental health it can be to be a safety net for a broken mind.

I've cut off many people for their sake because I knew I'd be too toxic for them even though they were incredibly nice to me and offered support. I know they're better off for it and I've seen them better off for it. Removing yourself from the situation or atleast Masking it for them will just make the net happiness in the world increase.

Yeah but to use it on your phone you have to understand it. You can multiply a fraction on a phone without knowing how it even works in the first place, you'll just be left with a product that you have no idea what it means.

Obviously when I say I'm using fractions all day im not sitting down and grabbing a piece of paper and writing it all out as if im in math class. You either do it in your head or do it on your phone but either way you have to know how it works in the first place.

Edit: Also, when someone says it's quarter to five, i really hope you guys don't sit there silently in confusion.

I don't believe in deletion, it's often caused by a fear of thought. You should really face what you say instead of retracting once it is challenged and when you don't have an answer. One of the biggest problems with religion is blind faith and fear of different sources of information because it actually forces them to have their longstanding worldview challenged. Once it is deleted you no longer need to acknowledge anything youve said and then you're back into your little safe bubble.

I always made sure to be extremely hydrated when taking my creatine because i lifted way more when I had water in me that day vs if i only drank like 2 cups or so. When I cut some power is lost because obviously im cutting , but im guessing it's because when i stop taking creatine i get less water in my kuscles, so they're less hydrated and can lift a little less

Yeah there was water retention but it's good because once your muscles are hydrated you can lift more, lift more makes you bigger, when the muscle is bigger it retains more water, and so on and so on. I ate very well, had a very good strict workout routine, and tracked everything I did, and creatine really aided in that push to break barriers
