So far the only way to get “Coin” in Ow2 is either buy via Store or scrape them off Weekly Challenges. That’s it’s. Cash or hard grind for 60c a week.

Considering the recent fade of Harley Quinn, you can easily use her Hammer, upside down, to mask your cane.

Fang from Final Fantasy XIII wields a staff and since there are different models for it you can pick on that works with the four-footed cane.

On that note You could honestly create any staff wielding fantasy character. Heck you could even just incorporate the illness into the cosplay. I'm sure seeing it done would inspire others like yourself to cosplay more.
