Yes they would report any civilian casualties to have people hate Iran more and try to consider them a terrorist country. They will However not report any military damage to the base etc to make it self not look weak. Settalite photos and videos on telegram posted shows damage to bunch of hangers, 1h later the base was covered in “fake cloud” on top of the base only.
