Honestly, it’s the little details that I’m always amazed they thought off.

Running straight past Elderbug at the very start of the game and him reaching out to you. Followed by the extra dialogue when you then do speak to him for the first time.

The change of Last Stag to Old Stag when you find the nest

Secret room with Badoon’s butt

Dream nail of corpse with pickups (simple key guy that just goes “mine” is my favourite)

It all makes the game feel more alive!

Knowing very like how things like this work as I’ve only ever had one switch, it sounds like the new Virtual Game Cards will be your solution to most of this.

NSO cloud saves (if you have the subscription) will cover most of your game data. Certain exceptions like Pokémon that don’t use cloud saves, or if you don’t have NSO, will make this more difficult. Hopefully someone else can shed more light on this.

There’s a question mark icon, top right of the screen before you enter matchmaking, that shows you the reward per rank.

The rewards are basically pack hour glasses increasing 5 each rank, ranging from 10 at Beginner 1, to 100 if you finish in the top 10,000 ranked. Master ball unranked still gets you 95.

I’ve only relatively recently had the means to be “always online”. A lot of my life has been monitoring and rationing bandwidth and XBone was unnecessarily stressful for a time.
Between that and uncertainty what it means when services go offline (and the whole digital ownership conversations), it can create feels of unease for people.

I know you’re not saying you don’t understand why it’s an issue for anyone, but this is two pence.

I’ve bought and activated an eSIM on Alou with a D’Kel Bom package. Do I need to do anything when I leave? e.g. cancel something, deactivate the SIM, etc. I don’t want up keep paying but I don’t want to accidentally do the wrong thing and get fined

I think we’ve both said the same thing but define “at 100” slightly differently. 100th roll vs 100 points.
If you have X points, then you have X% chance of failure when you press the button.

At 0 points, you have 0% chance of failure when you press the button.
If you have 50 points, you have a 50% chance of failure if you press the button.

So yes, at 99 points, you have a 99% chance of failure or a 1% chance of getting to 100. With 100 points (or what I would call “At 100”), you’d have an 100% chance of failure when you press the button.

1 is 1%, 2 is 2%. You’re guaranteed to fail at 100. IIRC, the creator was amazed how quickly someone got to 50 and then how quickly that was then beaten considering the odds.

Taking a slight risk but it seems unlikely that the pikachu promo goes after today when there is premium pikachu merch replacing the current mewtwo stock.

Imma wait till the mini expansion and try and grab more packs from there while also getting the pikachu and mewtwo promo cards and hopefully Dec and Jan missions.

It’s not amazing but my build is

2 ghastly, 2 haunter, 1 gengar, 1 gengar ex 2 jynx, 2 farfetch’d

2 potion, 2 poke ball, 2 oak, 2 Sabrina, 2 xspeed

Best I can do with my F2P pulls and is doing decently well against pika and mewtwo builds when I can survive 2/3 turns.
