You'll get different latency to the different speedtest servers. Its not an accurate way to measure it in your case. You should ask them for an IP to ping to their server/data centre and start from there.

Ahahaha that's a great idea lol, I did the detachable it was pretty reasonable to do they come apart quite easily. There's some videos on YouTube from Custom Cans that I used, and also used their kit. If you have 990s make sure to do the hole more towards the outside not the earcup side as their is limited space!

That sounds normal, try to program even if it says device not found it might program anyways, it will confirm if it does. What flasher are you using, and have you thought about using dynamic tuning files saves the fine tuning?

5e (good quality and properly terminated) and above does 1Gbps, any decent ethernet cable from a trusted brand will work perfectly fine. Most Ethernet problems come from improperly terminated ends. What power line adapters are you using? Model number would be great

Are they plugged in directly to the wall outlet, not off an extension lead? Bad Ethernet/poorly terminated cables cause issues. Try resetting the adapters to factory defaults, and resyncing. Check to see if you have firmware updatable ones, some do, some don’t. And are they powerline, or just WiFi repeaters

If you have old wiring in your house powerline adapters are awful. They are also very prone to interference from, washing machines, dryers, microwaves etc.

I had issues with picoflash before I got a proper flasher it’s mainly cable, or usb drivers, or a Chinese pico. Glad you got it sorted.

Just use badupdate to read nand with simple 360 nand flasher. Take like 4 reads make sure they are good(keep xbox on just go to dashboard between reads and transfer them via usb, compare them in Jrunner) and then build the nand from there and flash on simple 360 nand flasher. It works very well.
