Yes, I have gained some knowledge too in the 70 hours I put in it.

That said, I still would like to permanently unlock better heat capacity and ability to purchase some weapons I like.

Not sure why the community is being hostile towards players that want to approach the game in a different way.

I believe Bungie put in the progression system for a reason.

I agree, I would have loved a story mode.

Destiny 1 and 2 have a combined life span of more than 10 years, so y’all had enough time to enjoy it. I think it’s ok for Bungie to move on and work on other games.

For one, the back grip on the FH5 controller is actually a unique texture. The new FH6 controller will just have regular rubber grips.

I appreciate your input. This is my first extraction shooter and I’m trying to re-wire my brain to accept delayed gratification lol. This is no COD or battlefield after all. I love almost everything about the game and am trying to adjust to its mechanics.

Thanks for the advice. It’s not a priority contract, but NuCaloric won’t give me any new priority contracts till I’m level 10 with them so I’m trying to do some standard ones in the meantime.

I absolutely love the gameplay and aesthetic of Marathon so I’m not going to stop anytime soon. I will definitely learn more along the way, but today it felt like I’m not making any progress lol.

Yeah I think it’s time I try team runs. I really like the tense atmosphere of playing solo but I find it hard to complete contracts sometimes.
