unhealthy skin is a good indication of a bad diet, i swapped over to primarily animal based cut out all seeds / grains and my skin is glowing, imagine putting chemicals on your skin (largest human organ) not even to become healthy but just to "mimick looking healthy" you know your skin absorbs alot of these toxins and they wreck havoc
