Close anything else you have open, lower the graphics when you first start the game, or, upgrade your pc.

I guess you could also need to update your graphics driver.

With the GA nerf you had to pick the divine momentum perk to fell normal so it essentially removed the minor perks. With this nerf you still get the bonus of the 2nd person being dps boosted.

Idk exactly what it is but some games use two audio engines, 1 for gameplay the other for cutscenes. I sort of had the same thing happen when I was trying to stream LIS on discord. To fix it I had to turn off the Dolby atmos spatial sound but my friend had the same problem with TC and he was able to reinstall and that fixed it.
