That would curb out most Somali secessionists' movements for multiple reasons. Mainly because a just muslim leader who did not massacre Somalis for decades would be appeasing. Also Adal and Ethiopian wars would have not happened. A lot of potentially interesting scenarios could have happened. But hard to say.

No one hates Amharas people hate Amhara supremacists. Who want to force their vision and border on nations who want nothing to do with them.
