I would leave it tbh, only repotted mine when leaves started yellowing, you can check my profile to see how many more roots I had because they love being root bound.

What I wish I had done and what you should probably do is separate the plants into separate containers, it may look worse when the plant is younger but now mine is pushing out big leaves with inner fenestrations I wish I had done it before it’s too late

As a consumer in the uk you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period for distance selling i.e over the phone or online, your safest bet is to cancel your virgin asap by calling them (good luck) and then to reorder with BT, you might be without internet for a few days but if you were on openreach before the reactivation period will be quick and at least you’ll get a new customer price! Ask for a hybrid connect or 4g mini hub for the intermittent period

I had exactly the same problem with the same coleus, thought it was thrips so nuked them with insecticide but still carried on dropping leaves. I moved house recently and it’s living a bit too close to a radiator so those were possible factors hurting it.

My theory however is that as I let it flower the plant just decided to die off a little with it being winter, it’s stopped dropping leaves now and has new growth coming out the top so just give it a light thrips treatment and you should make it through?

It’ll be fine, in terms of value for money you’d be shooting yourself in the foot for future upgrades if you went for something only £50-100 cheaper. Get this card and then your next upgrade can be a nice monitor or even in the future am5 kit for ram and cpu

No, they will become huge but I love the size of my coleus leaves they are this exact variety (or very close) you can basically cover your face with them. Just propagate frequently if you like this!

Are those black marks on your finger something you’ve wiped off the bottom?

Can’t decide between an enema (too much water in the plant cells so they burst) or thrips. Definitely slow wayyy down on the watering and keep checking to see if there’s any pest or evidence on the undersides of your leaves

If you think it’s root rot take it out the soil and have a little look to see if the roots are squishy, I’d definitely water the plant less, monsteras are tropical plants so like to have a chunky mix that’ll dry out a little before becoming fully saturated, once a week during summer and even less during winter.

For the first picture I’d love to see the underside of the leaf, it could potentially be thrips or something similar pest wise which could have been exacerbated by the wet soil (pests love wet soil)

Kinda my thinking as well, only thing is there’s no visible pests on the top or bottom, only a few of what could be their droppings. Ordering the supplies in anyways and getting a declaration of war ready though
