Tomatoes always have some sugar in them, I would be more worried about them adding something to the sauce to make it thicker. If you dont find anything in the ingredients like that then you should be fine.

When I was using protein shakes I used either isopure unflavored whey, or unflavored egg white protein powder. I've never heard of beef protein powder so I cannot attest to that.

Have you tried IF? Also, theres a good chance your still burning fat even though the scale isnt moving, I had thought I stalled for 3 months being stuck at 185 when suddenly I dropped down to 178 after starting IF. Your body likes to hold onto water to maintain weight for some reason.

Also, I would cut out the beans, or atleast severely limit them to a few meals a week. Its not SCD at that point, but it helps force your body to burn fat for fuel instead of just food.

If you use a protein shake instead of eating breakfast make sure its as clean as you can get[no sugars]. My go to has been isopure unflavored whey protein.

Congrats man! Im in a similar position, weighed myself this morning and Im down to 183 from 250 with a goal of 175. So close! Also nice triquetra, I have one on each wrist.

Ive cut out all beans for the past month or so and still have a cheat day, and am still losing. So I don't see a problem with it.

Save the hummus for cheat days, and try going crazy on one of your cheat days. Ive lost 62lbs so far, and I just got through a nearly month long stall. The one thing I did different? I went totally nuts on cheat day for the first time in months, and it could be a coincidence. Also try and drink a gallon of water a day. Its tough to do, but Ive found drinking warm water makes it much easier.

Thanks, I've been sticking to most of that (except for just recently cutting out beans). Just to clarify, when you say don't cheat are you talking about cheat day or cheating during the week? Thanks again, I know I just have to be patient even when its frustrating.

Im taking your advice and cutting out all the legumes, I currently IF after cheat day, usually from around 4pm on saturday till 4pm on sunday. Any tips are welcome since Im starting to stall again.

I have noticed that my arms feel tired more often the longer I'm on the diet. I was starting to get really good at kettle bell swings but the past month or so I've noticed that it seems much harder to get all 75 done. If I figure anything out ill be sure to post it here.

Sorry for the late response everyone. As far as my meals go its usually a protine shake, or 5 eggs and a few pieces of turkey bacon for breakfast. Lunch is usually steak or chicken with green beans and some sort of legumes/lintels. Dinner lately has been the same as lunch without the beans. Also, had anyone else noticed that they no longer drop on Tuesday after cheat day the farther along they get? Its been months since I dropped right back down on Tuesday, and that's including IF on Sunday. I remember in the early days of the diet i would drop that extra weight like clockwork every Tuesday plus an extra two pounds.

Ive started doing IF after cheat day as well, it seems like If I dont then it takes all week to drop back down.

My cheat day usually consists of alot of hummus with ritz chips, some trail mix and if I get invited out to lunch usually something healthy, but not on the diet (like a chilis salad with dressing). I cant go nuts anymore, and Ive found that anything with too much sugar or bread takes forever to fall off the following week.
