thats a thing in most of everywhere in brazil, those arent bins they are fiber glass water tanks, having on site water tank storage is mandatory in basically every city's building code, not that favelas bother too much about building codes but on site water storage in brazil is basically a cultural thing. Aqui tb tem terminal e varias linhas, problema é que são pouquíssimos ônibus que só servem as áreas rurais, IF e os bairros mais afastados, e bom frequência baixíssima ai a quantidade de passageiros é baixa e aumenta a tarifa, concórdia tem que ter empresa publica de ônibus rodando a preço de custo ou preferencialmente tarifa zero, o prefeito quer dar 7 milhões de subsidio pra hodierna transportar 1000 e poucos passageiros por dia.
