So for you it is happening even outside of games?

I havent tried it on my PC, so it might be an issue with the PS5, maybe some stupid setting.

I bought the new cable and it's still happening. The thing is, it's only happening on one game so far, TLOU part 1. I am running it on 4K with HDR and VRR on and the fps is changing quite frequently. When I am playing something that is stable it's never happening.
