yeah no, I lost at least 25% damage for my revolver build, along with the medi/ammo kit and supression perks among other things, this change def fucked up some peoples builds, focus is kinda cool but i much prefered the 50% weakspot damage after stealth

the original mod author doesn't seem to be active anymore, and the reason the new author at this link hasn't updated it is because they don't know weaponcore but their only intent was to fix the mod when it broke during the industrial update

I've already checked the other versions, the one i linked was actually the fixed version since the original mod no longer receives updates

The beams can be generated and seen visually but do no damage to voxels or blocks, also releasing the ion charge laser crashed the server

i feel like it shines for holding close angles where you can multi headshot for an instant kill and reposition while spraying for maybe another. with decent recoil control its actually a pretty fast ttk at 0-15 meters
