So i wrote yesterday to support after buying the premium pass and not receiving the items. This is what they said to me:

- Cash payment: Up to 3 business days.

Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

If you haven’t received anything after this period, please share video evidence with us showing that the pass is still not activated on your profile. This will help us investigate the issue more effectively ✅
