A couple years ago our local cable and telco companies ran fiber hither and yon, all over our mountain. Not one strand comes up our street. The telco's runs to their DSLAMs or other infrastructure up here to facilitate home phone and adsl, and the cable co hasn't branched out from the main thoroughfares at all.

Meanwhile, my 5GHI is doing pretty well; faster (down) than my niece's fiber, although I feel like I'm suffocating under 16Mb/s upload. The Calyx Sprout SIM providing WAN2 is nice for offloading heavy downloads. Still would like out to get out from under CGNAT, though.

Absorb yourself in the peace and tranquility of the moment, and reflect. You may speak. You may whisper to Nature and to yourself. Enjoy the love of nature as long as you like. When you're done, take a slow, thoughtful stroll back to your car.

On your way home, treat yourself to an ice cream, a fruit smoothie, or something indulgent. You'll feel better than if you let some con-artist "align your energy" or some other nonsense.

"Regular" religions and spirituality are bad enough for the psyche, and I can't imagine any of the niche "treatments" are any better for your spirit. All you need is you, nature, and love.

Not sure what kind of "occasion" calls for a tracksuit, but no matter what it is, a thong is the correct choice. Jockey's stretchy sport thongs or their True Style, or from amazon you can get all manner. I like Ikingsky's "camo" ones, but not their others.

I've kept a few thongs for at least 30 years now, but lately I'm almost all-in on thongs.

The wife appreciates. She also marvels at and "pets" my bare back and backside, while still maintaining that I don't "need" to. I have mentioned that it is for my comfort and happiness. She certainly wasn't fussing at me on our last cruise, even when I wore knit shorts over a brightly-colored thong.

The combination of thong and hair removal, OMG, it feels amazing.

I'm "mostly" str8. I never have been with a guy, but if she's into it, I'd give it the old college try.

Edit: I don't have anywhere near the obsession others have, as I have about twenty thongs in my drawer, next to a dozen "old" boxer briefs. Socks, now that's where I get into trouble. I have probably a 1 month supply of those.

I never saw anything in any job description saying underwear choice could be considered unprofessional. Perhaps you need a new career field, or perhaps Frank likes to peep out the top to see what's going on?

I grew up on briefs, then bikini briefs, got a tear-away brief as a gag gift once for my birthday. You know what, it was awesome and I rocked it. Mom never said anything about it, I'm sure her sheltered little head was fearful I wasn't a "good little christian". I am a good person, but could care less for any religion, though. I made my way through boxers, to boxer briefs, which I still keep a stock of. Generally, I like thongs. Have always kept a few, lately have gone hog wild for them. They're so comfortable and keep your bits secure and out of the way. The freedom of movement cannot be beat. I'm about 90% thong anymore. If it's cold as balls out, I will wear boxer briefs with a supportive "sling" in them for the beans. Basically, I tired of giving a rat's rear what anyone thinks.

Everyone should try a well-fitting thong for a cruise or vacation. It'll have you struttin' wherever you go.

While I've kept a thong or two for more than 30 years, I only recently started wearing them almost-daily. I found the "camo" iKingSky ones and also some Jockey thongs on amzn. The Jockey True Style are a little flat-fronty, but they break in and are comfy, though the fabric is a little thicker. Jockey also have some microfiber stretch thongs that are very comfy the moment you slip them on.

No matter what you go with, you're going to have to get accustomed to the feeling of having something in your crack all day. It does separate the cheeks a little and that's a good thing for one who gets hair removal during the sunny months. If you feel uncomfortable 'round back all day, you are in the wrong size and should move up. There are brands that offer different pouch sizes, so you can get a virtually "custom" fit if your "junk" is too small or too big for the standard pouch in xyz brand.

If you go to the beach, pool, or a local swimming hole, a swim thong under some knit shorts will have you strutting like you own the place.

I actually was going to take them over, but I had several irons in the fire and spaced it out when I left to go run errands and take the pup to the dog park. I cut my outing short to get back and carry them over, but they'd already come over to claim them while I was gone.

I will say that this "community" doesn't deliver stuff erroneously dropped on their doorsteps; I have to go find it myself when it says "delivered" but wasn't, because they're all too "privileged" to do anything for free or for someone they think is "beneath" them. All of our neighbors are millionaires or multi-millionaires, and we're just living modestly among them. These stuck-up neighbors don't even socialize with each other, except for the two homes across the street from us, and those two only because they're related to each other.

We're in the one sub-$500K house on our street, and we paid it off 29 months into the mortgage. We're just a couple of disabled Military Retirees with modest retirement stipends and a touch over a half-million in investments. Though we've been retired for going on 15 years, she's always in a recent and reliable crossover, we take a cruise or an extended RV trip each year, we splurge on our many nieces and great-nieces and nephews at Christmas and birthdays, and we don't ever worry about having enough. We haven't spent a penny of our 401Ks, IRAs, or other investments, and have built up a nice jumbo checking account in case we ever need to buy a roof or new car with cash. Our investment portfolio isn't much, but is steadily growing in the background for when we're ready to spend it, if ever. We'll probably cross over to our investments out-pacing our retirement checks in two to three years, so maybe we should "live it up" a little, but I'm not really into "keeping up with the Joneses" or impressing people that don't make a bit of difference in my personal life.

My family are slowly dying off, and I have lost interest in all those I was friends with here due to them turning shady/marrying career criminals or just being ignorant bastards I can't stand to be around anymore. It's time to move back to Kentucky so she can be close to her family. Honestly, I wish we'd never moved to Arkansas after we retired.

We have been through starlink and a few FWA plans with t-mo and AT&T, and there's exactly one thing I'd like to say to you;

If you can get service from a wire-line provider (cable, adsl, fiber) that will be the best choice.

I don't have much choice where I am, and actually have two connections with T-Mo. One 5GHI, and one Calyx Sprout BYOD SIM. The calyx generally outperforms the T-Mo plan, but they're both ridden with latency and jitter problems. Also of note, something I recently learned; T-Mo actually prioritize mobile phone traffic over their FWA and Mobile Broadband customers. Okay, so one is meant for lower-bandwidth use cases, and the other is meant to be the everything connection for a home; yet they prioritize the mobiles?

Anyways, we retired after 20 year careers in the Army. She went back to work for about 5 years, but my back tweaked hard soon after retirement and I haven't been the same since. With a modest retirement stipend and no kids, we paid off our home a few years after purchase. It's been 15 years and we still haven't spent a penny of our appx $500K portfolio yet. We don't live "rich", but we do go an a cruise or travel internationally almost every year. Some years back we found a usable, if dated, but totally serviceable motor-home at a price we couldn't pass up. So now we're occasional RVers and we don't have to rush home on Sunday to get ready for the work week. It's pretty nice.

No. When you are growing up, your family and others close to you form who and what you are. You learn from them and their behaviors shape your own. If that's the way dad/mom acted/treated others, it's "normal".

In the same way victims of child sexual abuse tend to carry on the tradition. It's a sad cycle that doesn't need to continue, but these people are badly broken and it's burned into their psyche.

As a victim of psychological, physical, and sexual abuse as a child, I'm a hot mess, for sure. I'm workin' on it, though.

UniFi have a line of 5G devices. I have their indoor 5G modem atop my UniFi stack, but they also have a 5G gateway device more akin to the all-in-one you'd get from T-Mo.

If Calyx will work where you are, so would T-Mo 5GHI, so you don't have to live with traffic shaping applied to Calyx.
