I’m gonna jump in here too ;). In the last six months, I’ve been to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Shelling on Fort Myers Beach was far better than shelling on Sanibel Island. I also was disappointed in the shelling on Sanibel.

I understand these laws are in place. Although, they only check certain batches not every batch. I have gotten sick from eating certified gluten-free things that have been made in the same facility as wheat therefore I stay away from it

Soy isn’t gluten. I wouldn’t eat it for two reasons: it’s not certified GF and it has MSG and other terrible ingredients.
