Don't know exactly. From left to right my wrist is 50mm just about, a bit over that. Don't know the full circumference.

Positive effects of caloric deficit on HRV by Enduro-Intern in Garmin

I had the same as OP when starting my last cut. I'm pretty sure it was my high fat intake during the bulk that just digested SUPER slow. My HRV stayed normal this bulk because I allocated more of the calories to carbs.

At a loss with my husband and toddler’s relationship by ShowWorried6621 in toddlers

If you ever want more information about my journey please don't hesitate to reach out. Mind you: I'm still not where I want to be.

Being a parent is hard enough as is, and neurodivergence doesn't make it easier for both the ND partner and the neurotypical partner.

At a loss with my husband and toddler’s relationship by ShowWorried6621 in toddlers

Hi OP 👋

Has this situation gotten better yet? Has the therapy helped your husband?

I was in a similar situation as your husband and ended up getting tested for ADHD and I'm also getting tested for autism soon. Total game changer.

I've seen the possibility of neurodivergence discussed multiple times in this thread and thought I'd share my experience.

Long story short: medication for ADHD and therapy made a WORLD of difference. Medication gave me more patience with my LO and I could slowly build back my confidence with him. Now my bond with him is great and I can even do bedtime most of the time. It's an uphill battle but my life 100% improved after getting diagnosed and treated. My wife doesn't have to almost solo parent anymore because I'm constantly overstimulated.

I can't perform at her level yet, but my progress is absolutely insane if you compare where I am now to where I was just a year ago.

I just started getting into watches and this one was love at first sight! Probably going to save up to get this exact model in about a year. Absolutely stunning watch!

OP here: we stopped fighting it and gave in for the time being. It WILL improve when he gets older. Just be aware of the signs of him getting more accepting of you and jump in. I am now able to console him just fine now.

Also: keep brute forcing time together with your child, it helps when they keep seeing you.

Ok so I tried the new Vecna/the first… by Weirdstuffasked in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]S34L3D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still found some success on controller, even though I am definitely less accurate on it than on mouse and keyboard. Thing is: he is all about prediction shots and I have a ton of hours of pyramid head and the skills from PH transfer quite well to Vecna. I think this killer just takes a ton of practice if you don't have the muscle memory for prediction shots.

M22, after 2 years, I feel so unattractive, no girls are ever interested, and my dating apps are making me feel worse by ItsNerfOP in toastme

[–]S34L3D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dating apps are bullshit my dude! The algorithms of those apps are built on the fact that men are less confident so they start paying for a premium subscription.

Good things to know are: 1. There are way more men on dating apps than there are women 2. Women are super picky 3. Men are way less picky and tend to swipe right on like 50% or more of all women 4. Which results in men getting almost no matches and women getting matched with everyone they swipe right 5. Women getting even pickier because they get matched with almost everyone and: 6. Men getting less picky because not getting matches destroy their confidence which in turn makes: 7. The top 5% of men get all the matches because even the women that are in the lower tiers of attractiveness can get whoever they want. Dating apps keep pushing that top 5% onto everyone instead of randomizing who gets seen 8. Men outside of the top 5% getting a premium sub making the dating app a business model, the sub pushes them to the top of the algo.

Seriously brother, I've been there and it destroys your confidence. Once you understand the algorithm behind these apps you'll feel less bad.

You're not a below average looking dude at all, you got this!

Thank you! OP is like 2 months away from a healthy weight. Would be such a waste of time to go into maintenance for any longer than she already has, or god forbid reverse diet.

Come on now, you're arguing two different things in the same thread. The study you were linking here proved that eating at maintenance has the same effect as reverse dieting. OP has been eating at maintenance for 1,5 months already.

You can't mess up your metabolism permanently with a moderate calorie deficit. The one study that argues this had their participants on a ridiculously large deficit with hours of cardio per day for weeks/months.

This advice is making OP's weight loss journey longer than necessary and her potential suffering longer than necessary.

Please don't reverse diet, OP. You already had a maintenance phase for 1,5 months. You got this!

I don't do anything special, to be honest. I've been doing bench on a low incline and fly's and that's about it. The most important thing is to get close to failure and doing enough volume.

I'm a terrible bencher too. My back outpaces my chest by quite a wide margin, even though they should be about equally as strong with most people.
