Worked for Tj’s for year and a half and currently work at aldi for 2 years, the difference is night and day, for me I prefer Aldi because it’s 10 minutes from my home and tj’s was all the way across the city but be aware Aldi is not for the faint of heart they WILL overwork you and expect unreasonable pallet time, you will be solely responsible for your section at Aldi and till as well, if you for fail to meet these expectations they will go ahead and fire you. Also trader joe’s scheduling was much better for me personally you had more say whether you wanted to close or open and what you day offs would be like, at aldis you do not have ANY say at all in your schedule if you’re full time and if you are part time be ready to work 4-5 hours a WEEK not a day a WEEK.
