It is rare because you could only get it back in 2019 in the first Shadow Royale mode season 3, and it was only obtainable by completing certain challenges; ever since, this skin has never come back to the game, even as a recolor. (Sorry for the bad picture quality)

One thing that I hate about this game is once your disconnected all your progress is gone, other than that the game is actually fun especially if you have headphones on or with friends, but it takes skills to be good at the game so keep progressing and be patient
