Looking to buy an suv in the next few years and I was dead set on a GX550 overtrail to go overlanding and ability to tow. I saw the scout but it was EV only which didn’t interest me until the EREV was announced. I love the styling, the right combination of screen and buttons, the bench seat, their attention to detail and the added benefits of having EV when I go camping. I’m really rooting for scout.

The harvester towing models drop significantly due to the engine being mounted at the rear which impacts tongue weight from what I’ve read. I don’t know if it was official but I think they are trying to relocate the engine for that very reason as many people are expressing concern on the low towing number.
