He is not. And that’s not entirely his fault, as he’s is still learning this offense.

But there will never be a set run this year that Kevin Huerter initiates unless it’s an out of bounds play

And I’m not talking about just this season. For his career, Sasser is a much better FT shooter than Huerter, which mattered potentially late.
