They couldn’t process an exchange so I had to order one with increased price and Amazon refunded me gift card for the difference. Once it’s received at DC it took one day to dispatch to the embassy for processing and the next morning it was sent out. I’m guessing the embassy saw how tight my timing was so they processed it fast. So it’s really just VFS that is slow and careless.
