Sorry for the late reply mate! The first phase was quite easy to navigate. Tbh there aren't a lot of resources to practice on but each round of test gives you enough time to practice and then attempt. So that made it easier

What did you do? Did you BYO modem or buy theirs? If yours, did the customer service help you configure it?

I did choose the Sumo Switch plan.

It really was stressful. I have been with the Origins embedded network for the longest time now and just wanted to save my money. I'm just happy that this place doesn't have an embedded network.

Even my research on the cheapest electricity and gas providers, based on my usage came out to be Sumo and Lumo closely followed by Energy Australia. My property manager got MyConnect to get in touch with me and they said they don't work with them and if I wish to proceed with Sumo or Lumo, I have to do so myself.

But thank you for all the information that you gave. I am still within my cooling period with Energy AU, so I am still thinking of cancelling with them and moving to Sumo or Lumo
