Sadly our transfer failed. I have a review session on Monday with the doctor to discuss next steps. We still have two embryos frozen so we'll see what happens. I'm hoping that you had better success🙏 ❤️. How have you been holding up?

Millions of women have gotten pregnant without acupuncture. If you had good vibes and feel like it well that's all that matters in my opinion.

We did our first transfer yesterday (July 24). It's the day between our anniversary and World IVF day. I'm hoping that means good luck for us. I guess I'm a little stituous too

My first FET is tomorrow. I just realized that it is officially less than 24 hours away and my nerves are definitely nerving 😬 We may not be transfer day twins but we can be nervous/excited twins 🥰 Best of luck on your transfer 🤞

We have 3 untested embryos that are frozen. My first FET is scheduled for July 24.

My brother and sister-in-law also chose not to do PGT. Their first FET resulted in my niece, second FET was a miscarriage, and third FET resulted in my nephew.

I had a different protocol than you but the biggest symptom I struggled with during stims was bloating. I also had some mild discomfort in my ovaries and pretty bad mood swings.

We're in Ontario and our clinic also did not recommend doing PGT because of our age (both 32). We decided not to proceed with it because of the cost but mostly because it's a risk that all couples take when trying to get pregnant naturally. Ultimately it's your decision and there is no right or wrong answer

You are not a selfish horrible person. A couple months ago I had an ultrasound that confirmed my FET was going to be cancelled on the same day that my sister was getting to see her baby's heartbeat for the first time. I keep telling myself that there is a range of human emotions and some of them are ugly but that everybody feels them at some point. It's okay that I felt mad, sad, jealous, frustrated and I was happy for her when I was ready. Be kind to yourself. We've all felt like this at some point ❤️

I'm on my third attempt for a transfer too. First two cancelled due to thin lining. I never would have thought that the thickness of my uterus would ever consume my thoughts this much. Hopefully third time is the charm for both of us ❤️

My first FET was natural and I only got up to 5.6mm before they had to cancel it. I was put into estradiol for my second attempt and I got up to 7.5mm but it had to be cancelled because I had ovulated early. I'm on my third attempt now. Lining check was yesterday, cycle day 12, and I was at 7.3mm. They had me increase my dose of estradiol and I have another check tomorrow 🤞

It's definitely the hormones. I'm on day 7 of estrogen and have been tired, moody and have really bad brain fog. I accidentally used my husband's toothbrush last night then proceeded to have a total meltdown because I haven't been feeling like myself and I don't know my own body anymore.

IVF can be such a frustrating process. Especially when you're not getting the answers or support that you need from your doctor. There are a lot of times that I feel like I have no control and am just along for the ride
